What you’ll learn -
Wedging & Centering: Experience the essential techniques for preparing your clay.
Throwing: Learn the skills to make a small plate & cup on the potters wheel, which will be fired & glazed ready for you to collect 3-4 weeks after your session.
This workshop is perfect for beginners keen to get hands-on with pottery in a supportive & fun environment. With just three spots available, you’ll receive lots of one-on-one guidance to kickstart your very own pottery journey!

Intermediate Pottery Course

Pottery taster course focusing on building your knowledge of clay.
You will learn to:
Prepare & Wedge the clay
Centre on the potters wheel
Throw forms such as plates, bowls, cups & more
Trim & refine your pieces
Add attachments & surface decorations
How to glaze your pieces
Course includes keeping up to 5 pieces (additional pots will cost extra per piece)
This course is suitable for beginners who have completed a beginner throwing session with myself or those with prior experience elsewhere

Evening Pottery Class

Once you’ve completed the beginner & intermediate courses, you can then book onto our Tuesday evening class (6-8pm)
These sessions are perfect for progressing your pottery skills, enjoying some time to yourself & creating pieces you’re proud of
